Fans climbing through air vents to enter the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami delayed the Copa America soccer final on Sunday, as this short video shows.
Some fans were left injured, even unconscious, after ticketless supporters rushed the gates and clambered through tight spaces to gain access to the stadium. At least 27 people were arrested, including Colombia’s soccer federation president and his son. According to NBC News, fans said it was “total chaos” and “mayhem” ahead of the final.
