Major League Soccer’s FC Cincinnati has revealed the latest design plans for its West End Stadium at a press conference.
The club’s executives revealed the Populous-designed, soccer-specific venue’s design, which is set to open in March 2021.
The US$250m venue will have a capacity between 26,000 and 26,500 seats, along with the most VIP suites (59) in the MLS for a non-NFL venue.
The standout design feature of the West End Stadium is the roof which incorporates LED lighting, as well as a steeply-pitched supporters end for 3,100 hardcore fans.
