Construction of Samara Arena, one of the venues for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, will be complete by the end of the year, according to the official Local Organizing Committee. According to a report from TASS, construction progress is a month behind schedule, but will complete by the end of 2017. After the stadium is commissioned in spring of 2018, at least three test events will be staged ahead of the tournament in June.
