Wembley Stadium has opened the doors to its latest VIP hospitality offering, Number Nine, which changes the matchday experience with premium catering options and a location adjacent to the Royal Box.
Named after the England strikers that have played at England’s national stadium, it is giving paying members the opportunity to spend time before and after a game in the lush surroundings of its exclusive ‘club within a club’.
For £6,000 a year, members will gain access to Number Nine, which is situated in the Atrium Lounge on the north side of the stadium. It features an elaborate entrance, while opulent furnishings of the interior stage a range of food inspired by London’s top destinations.
The food in Number Nine has been developed by former chef to the Queen and executive chef at The Grove, Head of Culinary Harry Lomas. He’s created a best of British buffet, inspired by the likes of Brick Lane, Billingsgate and Smithfield market.
“We teased in the opening of Number Nine at the end of last season and have already received a fantastic response. Many of our guests are looking for a more relaxed and modern hospitality experience, and Number Nine certainly delivers this. Our Head of Culinary Harry Lomas and his team have taken inspiration from some of the Capital’s best-loved food destinations and with best-in-the-house seats, it really is a brilliant matchday experience for fans,” said Charlene Nyantekyi, general manager for Club Wembley.
Not only will members benefit from the food and comfortable surroundings, they also get access to the biggest soccer games on the calendar including the FA Cup semi-finals and final, the FA Community Shield, The Carabao Cup, and all England Senior Men’s Internationals held at Wembley Stadium. They also get priority access to other music and sporting events at Wembley Stadium such as NFL. To make life even easier, there’s on-site parking or free train travel.
The space was created following in-depth research and data analysis of the football fanbase, attendees of sports events at Wembley and the changing demands for premium sports experiences in the UK.
Number Nine completes the line-up of Club Memberships at Wembley Stadium, where there are six in total: Private Boxes, One Twenty, Bobby Moore, Number Nine, Centre Circle, and Inner Circle.
