A new cricket stadium may be built in Delhi, reports the Times of India. International cricket has traditionally been played at the city’s Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, but the Delhi and District Cricket Association has revealed plans for a brand new stadium, due to be completed by 2020.
“DDCA will have a new stadium near Dwarka. Talks are on and we are going to start the project after identifying the land,” DDCA treasurer Ravinder Manchanda told the Times of India.
