UK car supermarket Motorpoint will continue to invest in the 7,500-capacity Motorpoint Arena Cardiff until at least 2021 as part of a drive to raise brand awareness across South Wales. This will include a complete rebranding of the building, located in the heart of Cardiff city center, such as the installation of high-profile outdoor LED signage on the arena’s towers.
The Motorpoint Arena Cardiff was officially opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in 1993, and has hosted a wide range of musical performers, as well as sporting events such as championship darts, snooker and wrestling. The arena records more than half a million visitors every year.
