Leading specialists in the fields of construction, real estate and tourism will be in Qatar this June to attend the first international stadium construction exhibition. The event, which will run from June 7 to 10 at the Qatar National Convention Centre in Doha, aims to serve as a meeting point for organizations with interests in the preparations for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Issa Mohamed Mubarak Al Darwish, chairman of Pavilion Exhibitions & Conferences, the event’s organizer, said the idea behind the exhibition stemmed from a desire to contribute to the accomplishment of Qatar National Vision 2030 in all fields, including sport, as Qatar becomes a key Middle Eastern destination for events such as the recent handball championship, leading to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
