English football team Swindon Town FC has announced a partnership with the Nationwide Building Society which will see the Don Rogers Stand renamed ‘The Don Rogers Stand in association with Nationwide Building Society’.
Nationwide, which is based in Swindon, has agreed a three-year deal for the largest stand at the club’s Country Ground, which is currently named after one of the club’s former players.
Steve Anderson, general manager at Swindon Town, said, “It is fantastic to have an organization and a brand such as Nationwide Building Society back on board with the club. As well as bringing in revenue, it also gives both parties the opportunity to work on exciting projects together within the local community.”
