English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur aims to submit new stadium plans to London mayor Boris Johnson within a month, reports ESPNFC.
The club received permission for the estimated US$573m project at the end of 2015, and early work on the 61,000-seat stadium has already begun. The club hopes to have completed the new ground ahead of the 2018/19 league season.
Johnson is a supporter of the new stadium, tweeting in January that he thought the project was “amazing.”
