Dallas Cowboys fans visiting the AT&T Stadium during the 2018 NFL season will benefit from some of the most innovative menus yet offered, designed to highlight the diversity of the food on offer.
The new General Concessions and Premium Experience menu items will debut at the September 16 home game when the Dallas Cowboys play the New York Giants, officially opening the season.
The new General Concessions menus have been influenced by North African, Korean, Mexican and Thai cuisine. Dishes available on game day include: the African Spiced SuperGrain Bowl, a combination of brown rice, barley and farro topped with savory dukkah chicken and a fresh mango cucumber salsa; the Pork Belly Burger, topped with jalapeño cheese, fresh kimchi, aioli and hoisin sauce; and a Thai veggie wrap with spicy peanut sauce.
The Premium Experience menu is similarly international in inspiration. Visitors to the AT&T Stadium Suites this season can choose from the likes of Veracruz Shrimp Salad; Sriracha Chicken Rolls; and French macarons.
Cocktails this year include the Dallas Cowboys Cowboyrita, The Red Zone, Cowboy Blue, and Texas Tea.
Many game-day favorites will return to the AT&T this season, among them the Super 16 Burger, Ultimate Nachos and Al Pastor Tacos.
