Old Dominion University will mark the completion of a renovation of Foreman Field at SB Ballard Stadium with a game against rivals Norfolk Square, reports The Virginian Pilot.
The university’s football team, The Monarchs, will kick off against their rivals upon the completion of a US$55m project to demolish much of the existing facility, replacing it with a 22,130-seat stadium that should be ready to open in 2019. The game is scheduled for August 31 of that year.
