Oak View Group is now Using VenuePro technology to streamline and automate staffing and event scheduling across facilities which are managed by OVG360. The technology automates existing manual processes, improving capabilities in event planning and management, and improving intra-department communication and collaboration.

VenuePro says its technology will enables OVG360 to standardize its processes, policies, and data collection across all of its venues, with the ability to analyse the data and make more accurate decisions.

VenuePro is comprised of 21 distinct modules, the workflow of which which OVG360 will be able to select, configure and customize. Andrew Thompson, OVG360’s assistant general manager at Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center, will oversee VenuePro’s roll-out across all OVG360 venues.
