Wembley Stadium’s latest VIP hospitality offering, Number Nine lounge, has been kitted out with luxurious and bespoke furniture, including antique and hand-crafted items.
The new members-only space, which is named after the iconic famous strikers to have worn UK national soccer team’s number nine jersey, has been designed by KSS Architects and furnished by Rainbow.
Rainbow, which supplies furniture for the corporate, hospitality and public sectors, was appointed by the Football Association to supply, deliver and install all the loose furniture elements in this new luxurious space.
The member’s lounge offers bespoke handcrafted décor and includes the use of bold, striking colors. The entrance is defined by a suspended ceiling of antique mirror panels while dividing screens separate the reception area from the destination bar behind. The bar itself has been finished with hand-glazed tiles, brass detailing and a signature brand designed lattice canopy, all of which displays high-quality craftsmanship.
Rainbow worked extremely closely with KSS Architects to source the ideal products required for a very high profile lounge and were heavily involved with the design process; they not only supplied, but created bespoke elements to meet the high standard required by KSS and Wembley Stadium.
‘’The feedback has been very positive and has been a huge success already hosting games such as The Community Shield, NFL, and England qualifier games,’’ said a Rainbow spokesperson.
